Cutting & Assembly

Select the cutting files for 3mm, 3.2mm (1/8 inch) or 4mm material to match your sheet thickness. Choose a laser-safe material suitable for the curved flex-pattern sides.

Before cutting, check the imported scale, dimensions, actual material thickness and joint fit. Allow for your machine’s kerf and test a small joint and flex-pattern section first.

Handle the flexible side panels carefully and dry-fit the components before applying a suitable wood adhesive. Keep the removable lid separate when gluing, and check that it fits correctly. If resizing the design, adjust the joints and flex pattern separately to maintain a suitable fit.
