Laser Cutting & Assembly

Select the cutting files for 3mm, 3.2mm (1/8 inch) or 4mm material to match your sheet thickness.

Before cutting, check the imported dimensions, cut paths, actual material thickness and joint fit. Allow for your machine’s kerf and adjust the slots if needed, then make a small test cut before producing the complete holder. If resizing the design, check both the assembly slots and the tool openings.

The holder uses slotted panels and locating tabs to bring the components together. Leave the wood natural or add a suitable finish to complement your workspace.
