Prepare for laser cutting

Use the files with laser cutting machines that accept a supplied format through their control software and are suitable for your chosen material.

Select the cutting files for 3mm, 3.2mm (1/8 inch) or 4mm material to match your sheet thickness. Before cutting, check the imported scale, dimensions, cut paths and slot widths.

The interlocking joints must match your actual material thickness. Adjust for your machine’s kerf and make a small test cut to check the fit before cutting the complete design. If resizing the stand, check and adjust the joints separately to maintain a suitable fit.
