Each holder features front panels with space for your own laser engraving. Add grit grades such as P120 to make it easier to identify and select the sandpaper you need.

Cutting files are included for 3mm, 3.2mm (1/8 inch) and 4mm materials, allowing you to select the version that suits your chosen sheet thickness.

For 125mm Sanding Discs

Small holder: 14cm W × 6.5cm D × 32cm H — holds 4 discs.

For 150mm Sanding Discs

The supplied formats provide options for workflows using Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Inkscape, LightBurn and other compatible software. Select a format supported by your application and version; some workflows may require conversion.

Cutting & Assembly

Use the files with laser cutting machines whose control software supports a supplied format and whose hardware is suitable for your chosen material.

Select the cutting files for 3mm, 3.2mm (1/8 inch) or 4mm material to match your sheet thickness. Before cutting, check the imported scale, dimensions, actual material thickness and joint fit. Allow for your machine’s kerf and test a small joint section first.

Add any grit labels or personalised engraving before cutting, checking their position on the front panels. Dry-fit the components before applying a suitable adhesive for your chosen material.

Mount the finished holder using fixings suitable for your wall surface and the loaded holder. If resizing the design, adjust the joints separately to maintain a suitable fit and check that the compartments still accommodate your sanding discs.
